INFRASTRUCTURE INTEGRITY PROTOCOL
Our digital platforms are deployed to enterprise-grade edge networks (e.g., Vercel). This decentralized deployment grants inherent protection, offering automated SSL generation, Global CDN caching, and built-in DDoS mitigation. The lack of a traditional vulnerable backend server dramatically limits attack surfaces.
All data transferring between forms, outreach mechanisms, and your CRM utilizes secure, encrypted API endpoints via HTTPS. Authentication for system integrations (such as HubSpot or Slack) relies exclusively on strict OAuth 2.0 protocols rather than exposed static credentials where applicable.
The logic modules we architect in Make.com feature autonomous safety nets. If a node fails or an API breaks mid-transmission, the system is programmed to pause operations, securely cache the data payload in progress, alert the engineering team, and autonomously retry the task once the connection is restored. This ensures zero data loss during operations.
We do not extract or export your internal CRM data into our own external databases. Your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) acts as the immutable single source of truth. Our systems merely push parsed, qualified lead data linearly into your secure environment.
Echelon engineers access your systems strictly to deploy, test, or patch infrastructure. All development access is role-based, segmented, and revoked upon completion of the contractual deployment phase unless a maintenance retainer is specifically enacted.
