Echelon Engineers Automation ("Echelon") collects information necessary for the deployment and operation of digital architecture and autonomous outreach systems. This includes corporate contact details, infrastructure parameters, CRM credentials (provided via secure OAuth), and telemetry data regarding website performance and user interaction.

2. Utilization of Data

Data collected is strictly utilized to:

• Architect, deploy, and monitor custom web systems via edge networks.
• Configure and map APIs between tools (e.g., Make.com, HubSpot, OpenAI).
• Execute algorithmic B2B lead generation logic on behalf of the client.
• Provide system diagnostic reports and performance audits.

3. Third-Party Infrastructure

We deploy infrastructure using enterprise-grade third-party software (Make.com, Vercel, OpenAI, Lemlist, Apollo.io). Data processed through these pipelines is subject to their respective security and privacy frameworks. We configure these systems inside the client's own environment to ensure data ownership remains with the client.

4. B2B Outreach Compliance

Our autonomous outreach systems are designed strictly for High-Ticket B2B interactions. We implement required opt-out parameters in outbound campaigns to remain compliant with standard digital communication laws (such as CAN-SPAM).

5. Protocol Modifications

Echelon reserves the right to update this protocol as technological frameworks evolve. Continued use of our deployed systems constitutes acceptance of these modifications.
